The educational video aims to transmit knowledge, to explain an approach, a process, a technique, or a concept. It is generally short (between 30 sec and 5 min).

This is not an advertisement for your product
The sole purpose of the educational video is to transmit information and knowledge. It is not a pretext to sell your product. Although tempting, it is preferable to have a separate product video to highlight your product.
What is important here is that you answer the questions your customers ask and help them achieve their goals to the best of your ability.

In general, educational videos are created to help customers, partners and the public better use a company’s products and services. Sometimes they go further by offering help on things that companies don’t even offer.
